Hello Everyone,
We have noticed few integrators are facing challenges while accessing NDHM APIs from certain specific IPs. The likely reason is that the IPs(where your servers are deployed) do not belong to Indian geo-location. The NDHM APIs are strictly restricted to only to be accessed by Indian geo-locations.
In case any of you are facing issues connecting to the APIs and see error as “Request Rejected” with a support-id, Please let us know on this thread, so we can discuss and figure out a resolution for that.
