Issue with Client Secret

Didn’t recive client secret for sandbox in mail

i can see in dashboard that request is approved and mail is sent with secret(user : SBX_002123)
but i didn’t get the secret in mail, wrote to ndhm.support email address ,no replies. someone please help me with this.
