Issue while sending multiple bundles to PHR app

Hello Team,

When we are trying to send multiple bundles (Prescription + Diagnostics) in a single request, the data is not reflecting in the PHR app. However when we try to send a single bundle (Only Diagnostic/Prescription) - that time, the data is visible in the PHR App.

Could you explain what could be the issue here? we are adding the different bundles as different entries as mentioned here - How to send multiple fhir bundle

Hai @akhil @IntegrationSupport , Shall we use sample bundle (pathology report ) available in sandbox site for testing purpose in data transfer flow ,when I am using that I am getting status code 202 Accepted ,but data is not displayed in HIU side ,Could you please suggest and help us in possible ways to resolve the issue in bundle preparation
