Issue in Data Transfer - Data not showing up on PHR app

Hi team, kindly let us know the logs for the following transaction ID

transaction ID: 24a3b2ec-9bb6-4fcf-b2f6-b2fb404bbace

We have been trying to send data on the data push url, the following suggestions were implemented in the above payload

  1. validated FHIR being sent
  2. checksum of the FHIR before encryption was done
  3. made sure the data was encrypted correctly
  4. used the encoded version of the key shared with ABDM

yet, the data did not show up on the PHR app, Kindly check the logs and let us know what went wrong soo that we can rectify the issue.
