If, say, due to some unforeseen fault a HIMS links a wrong care context to a patient; is there someway to delink the incorrectly linked care context?
I have been unable to find a possible way to achieve this. This is also a soft roadblock when we test linking contexts, and fetching data in two different sprints.
A particular dev. team might have linked some stale contexts for a patient; when no actual data exists behind that link. How can we possibly, either via an API, or as a Patient, unlink these – so to say – stale links?
