Is Reference HIP (https://emrsbx.abdm.gov.in/) portal working for data transfer?

Hi @IntegrationSupport,

  1. Not able to discover health records from the PHR app for the reference HIP Manakular Vinayagar medical College and hospital city centre

  2. We are also not receiving any health data for the records earlier added in the reference HIP. Transaction Id : 8dbd25df-4f8e-494c-8ee1-0ec74e7cb82c

Please assist.

is this issue resolved? Can you please share your client-id? also share the steps that you are trying to execute. APIs that you are calling, its payload screenshots and response screenshots will also help

Hi @IntegrationSupport,
For - 1. Not able to discover health records from the PHR app for the reference HIP Manakular Vinayagar medical College and hospital city centre,
the problem still exists.

Here are some details and steps followed:

  1. client_id - SBX_001649
  2. We created the record on reference EMR portal successfully with ABHA id linked.
  3. We are trying to discover and link the record using abha sbx app and are receiving below error message as shown on screenshot.

Hi @ayadav : We have shared an email earlier, for this concern. Hope you have received it. Re-sharing the same.

Also, please try with below steps for data transfer:

  1. register a facility on SBX (facilitysbx) and register it as HIP

  2. register another facility as HIU

  3. create a health record in HIP; link with abha address ; make sure to have only one care context as Sandbox is not able to handle huge count of records.

  4. raise consent from HIU and approve from PHR app

  5. data transfer will work fine

Data transfer with our HIP is working fine.
As mentioned earlier, we are having issue with discovering and linking of health record created on Reference HIP at https://emrsbx.ndhm.gov.in/.
I have followed the steps as mentioned in my above reply.
Please assist at your earliest.
