Is dev servver down? upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure

Hi @IntegrationSupport what is the problem here, is dev server of abdm is down today? if yes, can we know when this will be restart. it is difficult for us as we are in final stage of integration and extensively testing the application.
