In the discovery flow, the HIP needs to send only the unlinked care context?

@IntegrationSupport, in the patient initiated linking, in the first of discovery flow, when ever the patient requests the discovery, the HIP recives the call and while getting the care contexts, does the HIP needs to send only the Unlinked care contexts or all the Care contexts which match the demographic deatils(including the linked and unlinked)???

and how does HIP knows which care context is linked and which is not linked, does HIP needs to track what is linked and what is not linked ?? or ABDM does that??

HIP will send only linked care context, without linking how it is possible. Also, follow the API sequence of care context as per the postman collection.
