https://healthid.abdm.gov.in/api/v1/account/getCard, /getPngCard APIs are not working

Hello Team,
We have observed that
https://healthid.abdm.gov.in/api/v1/account/getCard
and
https://healthid.abdm.gov.in/api/v1/account/getPngCard APIs
are returning

“message”: “An unexpected error has occured. Please try again in sometime.”,
“details”: null
}

Our client ID(bridge ID) is CHPL_001

Can you please check and fix these issues?

Tried as mentioned on docs, but still 500 response
