How to distinguish different HIPs Data?

hip has push the data on pipedream url and i have received like above.

now, if patient has diffrent care context that are linked in diffrent HIPs in that case i will receive two different responses from the respected HIPs, how can HIU distinguish the diffrent HIPs, like this content is linked with the HIP-A another is with HIP-B.

@john456123333 HIU can distinguish different HIP’s because each HIP will have a different HIP ID.

ohk,
but when HIP posts the data (on the url which is specified by HIU), the HIU doesn’t receive ID either in the header field or body
