How test NHCX integration with Payer in Sandbox

Hello Integration Team,
How to test NHCX integration with Payer in sandbox? There is no utility provided to test it any payload.

We are integrating from provider side and how to test from payer side in sandbox system ?

NHCX team has just created dummy payer and but how to validate that our payload that we are passing from provider side is correct or not.
