Currently, our HMS does not support managing and handling of the Immunization Records. Considering that it is a mandatory requirement, how can this be achieved. Do we need to build an immunization record documentation capability to be able to pass this test case even though there is no direct requirement for the patients that are handled at our clinics.
Dear @rishabh.trivedi, In case you have no direct business requirement to build Immunisation record type you can ignore the same. Just mention the same when you complete the flow and submit for functional testing.
