Health Data not showing on PHR App

I am not able to view health records in PHR app,It shows “could not fetch all records. try again after some time”
.

Thanks for the response.

i added Care Context using HIP initiated Linking.
it was successfully added.
in PHR App i Clicked Pull records Button
and invoked Notify , On-Notify, HIP Request, HIP on-Request.
i got the transaction Id , key materials , datapushURL in HIP Request
and i validated prescription data using “http://clinfhir.com/validateResource.html
mentioned in SandBox Documentation -> FHIR validator
encrypted prescription json data also.

i called DataPush. it shows 202 accepted… but cant able to view the data in PHR App…
i want to know, whats wrong in our side??
Please guide us to resolve the issue…
