Getting "Unknown" error in /v0.5/consent-requests/on-init

We are getting “Unknown error occurred” error in /v0.5/consent-requests/on-init, please check it

The gateway is giving us “Unknown Error” in “/v0.5/consent-requests/on-init” callback response.
Please let us know if there is any issue on Gateway side or we are missing something on our side.
