Trying to call below POST API using dummy health ID, Getting response as Unauthorized(401) or Access denied. Could you please assist?

We are following steps from below link to create login for ABDM EMR, but not able to register as HIP We are getting invalid request error. Please see the attached image.
We want to test the HIP API’s using test HIP ID and HIU ID
