Getting “something went wrong” When click On Pull Record in PHR App

@anand Please try logging out and and relogin again. Try to pull record again. For HIU login credentials - Please share your SBX client ID and your registered email ID.
I have already undertaken the following steps in an attempt to resolve the issue:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the application.
- Tried logging in and out multiple times.
- Cleared all data associated with the application.
- Checked the application on multiple devices.
but I am still encountering the same error.
also I have shared my SBX client ID and registered email ID with you.
