Getting invalid care context

Hi @IntegrationSupport When I am trying to approve a consent request using these 2 care context it is showing invalid care contexts, other contexts are working fine. Can you pls help?

@rajeshP Your care context should contain Health records linked (No HI types available, Array is null) . Please check your logs.

How Can I add health records now, else how Can I unlink/ delete these care contexts?
