Getting error while fetching PNG card

Hi team I’m trying to fetch my PNG card for my health id but I’m getting an error in response.
ERROR: "Requested URL was rejected, Please contact with your administrator, Your support id is :XXX ",
We sincerely request you you to look into this issue and help us to move further.

Hi @simarjeet,

There is no such issue in the API, it’s working for all other partners. Please check the API again you’ll get the correct response.
