This API is working. but records not showing in PHR app in linked facility.

Hi @amit.mediquity,
Kindly check we are able to see the Care Context in our app Please Unistall and install and then try and sahre the Screen sort if not Working for you.

We are facing the same issue. Our call to [v0.5/links/link/add-contexts] returns 202 response and the callback to [v0.5/links/link/on-add-contexts] returns SUCCESS response:

But still we are not able to see the linked context in the PHR app.
