Hi @bhilendra,

In the healthcare domain, there are codes defined by different standard bodies for each term. Like term “fever” will be represented by a code defined by a standard body. SNOMED is one such standard bodies which says a code value “371530004” will always represent “OP Consultation”.

This helps the systems to use define synonyms, localisation etc which can be used for displaying, user convenience while code will be used for analytics and statical purpose.
