Facing issue while authenticating with Aadhar OTP

While authenticating user using Aadhar OTP, We are getting following error:

@mdubey also looks like today patient authentication apis are not working fine. We are not getting “on-confirm” callback.

Are you getting this consistently? I checked the logs and once I see there has been a timeout calling the bridge. Could you please give it one more try.

In the morning the issue was more consistent. Right now it’s happening 2 out of 5 times.

Could you please send me the request-ids for 2 more failures.

We checked the first one and 4th one from the list above, and we see that gateway has tried to call the below URL but receives a 500.

The screenshot does not tell about 4 different requests but it is for one of them. I just picked one of them because the steps were same in both scenarios. If you go from top to bottom

We see that request actually never reached us. We log each and every kind of request that we can. Can you give any message or status code received from our side so that we can debug.

We see this is not the same error as mentioned above and you are getting a Invalid Username and Password. We will check with our internal team as why are you getting this error in case of auth confirm.

However we see you have been trying AADHAR_OTP for this user? Is this user registered with aadhar, as we do not allow the Users with Aadhar from non-UT? We want to make sure if this is a user from UT.

Actually, this user is not registered in UT. Is there a way we can try that for non UT users for testing purposes?

As of now we are also discussing this internally, how to test aadhar flows with a non-aadhar UT. We will let you know ASAP.
