Facility ID can be same for different locations of same hospital organization?

For Example: Max hospital has multiple location in Delhi, Panjab and Mumbai Can max hospital have only one Facility Id among 3 locations?

Facility Id has to be different for Same hospitals with different locations, as they have different patients too.
