Expiry notification not receiving after consent grant

I have Noticed the Scheduler for Expiry Ran around a couple of minutes ago around 1:30PM but I’ve Received only One Expiry Notification (Consent which was not Granted).

Scenario,
In the Morning, I’ve created 2 consent request with Purpose “Grant 12PM” and “Expiry 12PM” both have same expiry time i.e. today 12PM.

I’ve Granted one Request “Grant 12PM” (58b7032a-075c-4fb2-815e-5bd2478c7795) and Didn’t Grant the other one “Expiry 12PM” (e16761d3-f10d-40f0-8ae2-8a7286ef0c8e).

Expected,

I should receive Expiry Notification for Both the Request

Actual,

Received Expiry Notification for only 1 Consent (which was not granted i.e.** “Expiry 12PM” (e16761d3-f10d-40f0-8ae2-8a7286ef0c8e **).

Hey @Manik3112,

  1. Granted Consent Request never expires.
  2. Not granted Consent request Expires after 1 hour of being generated

Note- 1 hour for expiry is configurable and may vary up to requirement.

I think there is bit misunderstanding regarding Consent Request.

as I have cleared that

  1. After Request is Granted,
    Its not Consent Request that expires rather its Consent Artefact that expires.
  1. If Request is not Not Granted
    Consent Request Expires after the scheduled time that has been configured.

But I am not Receiving any Consent Artefact Expiry Notification to my Platform.

As we have cleared you about the consent part very clearly , I would like you to elaborate a bit about the issue now you are facing and regarding which artefact now.
As I believe the concept of Concept Request Expiry and Consent Artefact Expiry is more clear to you now, can you help reframing the query now?

Consent Artefacts Expiry Notification is not being Received.

Scenario :
A Granted Consent (58b7032a-075c-4fb2-815e-5bd2478c7795), has an Artefact which should get Expired on 12 PM 29th July but I did not receive any Artefact Expiry Notification.

Yes, There was some bug in scheduler for that particular day which was fixed.
If it is still the case, let us know.

Should get exipred at 12:40PM today, but its already 1:30PM no Notification is been received.

Given artefact expired at 13:31 pm that day,
Please find snap shot attached.

Note- Scheduler runs for fixed time due to which if it is missed, it will trigger again after fixed time.

Hello, @Shubhanshu_Shukla @IntegrationSupport. We are also facing the same issue. Expiry notification is not getting called. Could you please help with the frequency with which the scheduler runs ?
