Error in PHR app in Discovery flow

Hi Team,
I am getting the below (screenshot attached) error in the PHR app after clicking on the Link selected button.
As per my understanding it should call {HIP}//v0.5/links/link/init when clicked on Link selected in PHR app. I am not getting any request on the callback url .

The issue has been fixed. I was sending wrong request body. Thanks!
