Error in call back response

Is there any changes in /v0.5/subscription-requests/hiu/on-init api response.
Because from today morning we are facing issue.

/subscription-requests/cm/init Request Id -: c61de5fe-b6dc-4faf-96a1-67cb17d49f66

Will you please check whats the issue and also share the response.

Issue seems to with the User Id being used, can you please check with existing user?
