Direct Authentication by auth/init - Issue

I tried auth/init using DIRECT mode of authentication. I got a request in “ABHA SBX” mobile app. But the “Approve” button was disabled and I was not able to click. below is screenshot

And 5 mins later I got a request in my Webhook with api url - v0.5/consents/hip/notify . But actually the callback url is supposed to be v0.5/users/auth/notify
Please help

Yes, Showing the same for me. The Approve button is disabled in the App.

@IntegrationSupport is there a solution for this?
