Diagnostic Report Bundle Error in PHR APP

I am not able to see the bundle for diagnostic report in the “PHR APP”, the same bundle was visible before but now it shows no data also I have already checked the json example and validated the bundle it contains no errors and the same data is visible in discharge bundle. Please can you check and confirm if there is some error for the diagnostic report fhir bundle as all the other bundles are showing correct data.

I am using https://validator.fhir.org/ this link to validate the bundles

Hi @Preet_16 Thanks for your response. Can you please help me with providing sample bundle from your side since we are getting error like this.Also checked bundle from abdm website

The fullUrl must be an absolute URL (not ‘Composition/c63d1435-b6b6-46c4-8163-33133bf0d9bf’)
