Data transfer issue HIP to PHR app

Hi,
We are trying to fetch data using PHR app, we get 202 as a response but data is not showing in PHR app.
the Data push URL called is below
https://dev.ndhm.gov.in/patient-hiu/data/notification

and the notification packet I have send on ndhm.support@nha.gov.in
from manjoor.kapoor@driefcase.com

Please guide us

Please make sure the bundle you are sending is a proper JSON and encrypted properly.

This is the json send to the https://dev.ndhm.gov.in/patient-hiu/data/notification, but no document is visible in PHR app.
I got response status as 202.

Hi @manjoorkapoor,

The issue is with the JSON after decryption. Are you able to check the contents of the JSON after encryption, also you can share the JSON you are encrypting so we can have a look at it. We cannot get anything from the encrypted content.

Apart from few typos(for html tags the space before attributes was missing), the given JSON looks fine and getting parsed successfully.

These were the typos which might have come due to copying from the word document:

  • <divxmlns => <div xmlns
  • <tableclass => <table class
  • <ahref => <a href
  • <spantitle => <span title

Could you please validate that these issues are not present on the JSON you are posting and it only happened because I copied from the google doc.

Another issue could be the encryption not working properly. Which method you are using to encrypt the content?

Thank you for your kind support , my Diagnostic and Prescription are getting fetched on PHR app.
But every time press I “Get Data” the same prescription and Diagnostic report get fetched and multiple records are displayed.
Is PHR app checking any specific constraint for duplicate record? Please let me know.

Could you please elaborate what do you mean by key value system. All the data is expected in the FHIR JSON bundles. In case of binary data, you can have it as DocReference entry instead of ImmunizationRecord.

The CM is not calling our HIP for data transfer.

I tried again, but it same no response.
I also tried clearing my PHR app, login again. Still same.


Just after login it shows “Getting your health records”, and after few minutes.

The link provider list in my account are :

On clicking the “Get Data” on “DRiefcase Health Locker” also nothing happens, no Health information request is fired to our HIP.
