Data encryption code not working

Hi Shubhanshu we have referred following code for encryption in c#:

we are getting 202 accepted status for data trasanfer api for the following transaction id:“4fe943d9-98f5-41c2-8576-e9d36c3691b1”

But we are not able to see data on PHR app can you please check logs and confirm.
