Convert data into FHIR Format

Hello,
Unable to create data in FHIR format data from our existing format: The demonstration didn’t demonstrate to create FHIR data which has a very long structure and difficult to manually set fields for it.

Basically, we need these API’s or some way to access and use these functions.

  1. Is there any API or module available to convert data into FHIR format.

Any help would be appreciated.
