Consent / Subscription approval issue

Hope you all are doing well.

We have couple off queries regarding consent approval and locker subscription notification flow.

  1. When HIU raise a consent request with some expiry date, if patient change the expiry date, then their is no way of HIU to know what are changes are done by patient while accepting the consent request.
    How HIU will manage the consent expiry.

  2. How locker will know what are the HI-type have been subscribed by patient,
    because if patient approve for the auto approval of consent for 3 out of 7 HI type then how the locker will know what are those HI types.
    Because if HI Types will mismatch then patient need to approve the consent request, then only data will transfer from HIP to HIU.
