Consent Requests are not seen in ABHA app

@IntegrationSupport @Ramandeep1 We are raising a consent request, it is giving success response 202 accepted but that consent is not seen in the ABHA app. not at all able to seen any record to even grant or deny.

Even when we are linking carecontext it is giving the linked notification but when trying to fetch records it is not fetching the records.

We are also facing the same issue, when I open the consent tab in the ABHA app, I’m getting Unknown error occurred.

@IntegrationSupport we have checked giving timed out, ABHA app is not working everything showing empty no details are loading.
