I have created consent on Sandbox on 25-Aug-2023 and consent is in requested status.
It is not expired after 24 hours, It is still showing in requested status. It should be expired automatically from Sandbox environment.
Please check and resolve the issue.

@Hemant Consent expiry can be changed in HIU portal by HIU and also by the patient in PHR app. You can sent the consent expiry time as per the need.
@IntegrationSupport We are passing consent expiry date time in consent creation.
Expiry datetime is already passed but consent is still in “Requested” status.
