What does Patient identifier specify in the consent form ?
Is it only the Health address or Health number or both or it is the 4 digit patient id number as currently our REMEDI application is generating a 4 digit patient id number after the registration.

That is what is the standard consent expiry duration & date ?
will it be no validations ,as a QA how can i verify the consent expiry field ?
@Roshni803 Expiry of consent depends upon what time of consent expiry you set while you raise a consent from HIU portal and also the expiry date & time can be revised/changed by the patient in the PHR application.
