I have confusion about the API that was called by CM to the gateway in test case USER INIT DISCOVER CARE CONTEXT 01, so API is /v0.5/care-contexts/discover, so while looking into the body, I got the transaction id, but I didn’t understand how we can get this transaction ID.
If suppose I m the patient and want to discover the health record then whats is the process of achieve it
