We are a PHR App and our Client_id : SBX_001699.
We have followed Milestone1 Sandbox exit process for our PHR App as per the steps provided as below link.

Also, we have checked the #Webinar 9 Workshop on #ABDMIntegration - Milestone 1 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bkgLldNHMxc (See Video at 23 mins 30 secs to 24 mins 40 seconds) and it asks to submit Functional Certificate and Safe to Host certificate with the form of Milestone1.
But, we have received below response for our Milestone1 Submission.
" FT for PHR app has to be done by NHA. Kindly share the FT report shared by NHA team.
As per the exit report submitted, we see you have certificate for only M1. In order to proceed with HTC demo, you are not eligible until you complete atleast 2 milestones."
We are proceeding with M1 for now, but still it asks to complete at least 2 milestones for getting exit from M1 stage.
Why it require 2 milestones while proceeding for M1? Please reply asap.
Our LIVE is held up because of the same.
Request to provide us a PoC from NHA team who can help us complete the process for M1 exit.
