Care-context is not linked to the abha address

i am following the above flow for the care context linking, after the flow I m getting acknowledgment as success but when hiu request for the care context(/v0.5/consent-requests/init), when HIP receives the notification call the care context is not shown.

HIP will receive the /hip/notify call, after you approve the consent request.
