Hi Team,
I have linked health records to my sandbox facility but I am not able to discover the records.
I followed the steps as per the webinar demonstration. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

  1. your client id .
  2. which API response is coming and which one not ?

Usually this error comes when there is an issue with the payload.

Please check your on-discover call payload with below sample,
