Callback requests are not coming on bridge url

My bridge url is https://pub-api.dev.health.jiolabs.com/abdm/hrp and I have updated this using /v1/bridges API but we are not getting the callback request on this bridge url from ABDM. We are getting the calback requests if we update the Webhook url as bridge url. Kindly look into this and help us to resolve the issue.

While looking at logs we found error unable to find valid certification path to requested target,
