Call Back API - not getting response from hosted url

Hi
In Call Back API - We are getting response in webhook.site. but while implementing it in code we are getting the response. After replacing Webhook.site url with hosted url in bridge service we arent getting response from hosted v0.5/users/auth/on-fetch-modes API. Please respond us soon.
