Bridge API Not working

We have started to implementation of NDHM APIS.
First we have try to registered callback endpoint using URL https://dev.abdm.gov.in/devservice/v1/bridges and it’s returning 200 OK

However, when fetch-modes API gives 202 Accepted but We are not able to get callback API for on-fetch-modes.

After this we are not getting our callback on fetch mode on given URL
