Are there APIs in v3 for ABHA Address creation

I have found these apis for the abha address creation, and these needs to be ran in the order below to create abha address.

{{env}}/enrollment/request/otp
{{env}}/enrollment/enrol/byAadhaar
{{env}}/enrollment/request/otp
{{env}}/enrollment/auth/byAbdm
{{env}}/enrollment/enrol/suggestion
{{env}}/enrollment/enrol/abha-address

is there any other api to create the abha address, because the in the api 2 the api is expecting the mobile number every time, and it is accepting even if we give a different mobile number,
