Access to V3 for generate linking token

Currently, when the following endpoint is triggered getting the response 403.
POST https://dev.abdm.gov.in/hiecm/api/v3/token/generate-token
Our client ID is SBX_003566

Kindly provide the necessary access for the same.

@sachu.isaac Request to use V2 api for linking for building m2 milestone. For M1 you can use V3.
