ABHA sbx app crashing on clicking scan button

When user clicks on scan button the ABHA sbx(v2.1.9) mobile app is crashing. Please resolve this ASAP. Note : I have downloaded the APK from https://sandbox.abdm.gov.in/docs/phr_app
