[URGENT] [PROD] OTPs are not getting delivered

Hi,

OTPs are not getting delivered on prod. This is happening for both Health ID login systems as well as the CM auth generate OTP flows.

@VSrinivas The OTP issue was happening few days ago. OTPs are working fine as of now.
