Is it possible to add a new health record to a previously existing care context?

HIU side it is possible to add a new health record to a previously existing care context and notify it to Consent Manager.

As an HIP, it should be able to add a record that has been generated to an old care context right. Can you please let us know about that API.

sorry what you are excepting i’m not getting we have only care context not old care context.
