Public key formats for encrypt and decrypt API's

Hi Team,

We are using the API’s provided at sukreet/ fidelius for encrypt and decrypt operations. We observed that there is a discrepancy in the format of public keys that is being supported.

For Encrypt, the short format of the key is supported, however for decryption, the public key of the sender has to be encoded. Is this intended or the both API’s are expected to support only sort format or only format or both,
