PHR Service API apps/generate/otp not sending email OTP

Hi @IntegrationSupport team,
PHR Service API: https://dev.abdm.gov.in/cm/v1/apps/generate/otp not sending the Email OTP on provided email. It’s returning 200 response code but OTP is not coming on email. We are using the below curl:

We are building the PHR application and blocked because of this. Please fix it as soon as possible.
Note: OTP is not coming even if use the sandbox’s website to create ABHA Address using Email.

Hi @IntegrationSupport team,
I am facing issues in Email OTP while create ABHA address(PHR Address), thread gives information about APIs to logging in to ABHA address(if you already have). Please help us in Email OTP issue while creating ABHA address.
