PHR app showing reports displaying ‘No new data available’ error

Hi,
How to PHR app identify uniqueness of health records in ‘PHR record section’
whether Health records are already available or not?

Since, ‘No new data available’ error showing for health records for new health record linked in
Discovery flow.

as discussed in meeting with ABDM it suggested that it may Multiple transactions issue causing error To reflecting data in PHR app.

Please resolve our issue.

As we can see in the logs,
it seems to be gateway timeout error.
For reference please find the screen shot of the log.

Hi @Ramandeep1 above logs are for discovery linking process i.e. of /v0.5/care-contexts/discover API. Now we are using new PHR app v2.1 showing the same error as ‘No new data available’ as above and resulting record are not reflecting in PHR app. Please resolve the issue
