PHR app not sending care context request to HIP

Hi,

I am able to see the care context in the providers section of my health ID (priyas@sbx). I tried “Pull to Refresh” and “Get data” button but request never came to HIP.

Following are the care context:

Those are displayed in the providers but request never came from PHR to HIP to send the data so those are not getting synced.

@mdubey we realized that after deleting and installing app that started working.
